• We will never track you across online services.
• We only request your approximate location once at signup to suggest nearby universities.
• We do not store location data on our servers.
• We do not link location data to your account.
• Account deletions are typically processed in 10 days.

How Hot Meal Challenge keeps you safe

• We do not allow direct messaging between users, even if you are friends.
• We intend for all content to be positive & uplifting so that there is no bullying.
• We routinely review reports and remove users who break the rules.
• We provide email support to all users.

How to stay safe during the Hot Meal Challenge

Only join universities that you currently attend

Universities are provided to help friends find each other. When you join a university that isn’t yours, people who don’t know you can request to be friends with you. Never join a university that you don't attend.

Only send or accept challenge requests from people who you know in real life
